The Senate Democrats are pulling another one of those hold-out, drag-down actions they've perfected in consideration of critical pieces of legislation. Congress MUST pass a budget and do so soon! Though House Republicans maintain a small majority, Democrats are demanding massive spending measures and refuse to negotiate on them! Remember those massive omnibus bills Democrats used to govern under Nancy Pelosi? No one knew their contents until hours before a vote was taken. Dems are trying that tactic again.
