Without your understanding, we often seek the approval of others. What exactly does validation serve? To make yourself believe that you have succeeded? Make you happy? Or just to brag?😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️  

Seeking validation from others is like a double-edged sword. If we continue to rely on the validation of others, we will feel useless when we lose that validation and forget that the most important validation comes from ourselves.🤫 On the other hand, validation from others also provides many benefits if we are wise when to look for it.🧐
