Rachel Tinius is the CEO of BumptUp Labs, Inc. She has a Ph.D in Movement Science from Washington University in St Louis and is an Associate Professor of Exercise Science at Western Kentucky University. A former college athlete who still runs competitively, Rachel is now combining her love for exercise and her academic research to provide safe, effective, and evidence-based physical activity guidance to pregnant and post-partum women.
