Episode description

Letting go takes awareness, acceptance, strength and sometimes forgiveness. This meditation helps you let go of any physical or emotional sensations that are ready to leave and soften the impact of any that are still present.

Full moon's are said to be a good time to let go of anything that no longer serves you. This could be because of the strong energy of a full moon. We can look at the power of a spring tide that occurs during the full moon, and the fact that this is traditionally the time of the month that more babies are born to see that the moon has a big impact on nature and us.
