Episode description

People annoy me. How can those people do those terrible things? How do we make our way through day after day of who is right? Who is wrong? Who gets to judge? How do we keep going? When I allow myself to change my energy, a moment of empathy, a broader view, I stand a little straighter and bow a little more humbly.

The fact is, when I look at the world from the view point of One Spirit, when I am angry, sad or hurt, I am doing it to myself. I need to look at my most harsh judgments of myself and others. Because who am I? Who am I not? I am the hatred, the victim, there is nothing, nowhere I am not. There is nothing I cannot do and nothing I do not do.

Help me move into the creativity of One Spirit. All the horror, beauty and brilliance exists in me. Let’s see what we can do with it.
