Jay Collins is a decorated combat veteran and former Green Beret, he lost his left leg due to a combat injury he suffered in Afghanistan, he went on to reenlist as a Green Beret as an amputee passing all Special Forces requirements! As a Special Forces Medic he also served at Fort Bragg with the nations most elite Special Mission Unit (SMU). After retirement, he served as a Florida State Senator and is currently serving as Lt Governor. Jay Collins is currently campaigning for the Governor of Florida.
