BYE BYE, HOLIDAY BLUES!

(Aired 12/15/20) Host Camille Sanzone talks about common reasons for the yearly holiday blues many people go through, but includes the particular “situational” depression or blues many are suffering this year all around the world. The reason: the Coronavirus pandemic. While she offers some ways to battle it, she admits it will, nonetheless, be a struggle, even for her. Basically, she says we must find ways to celebrate simply because we must go on celebrating life.
