In this week’s episode, I’m talking to the force of nature that is Heidi Clements.

Heidi is a 63 year old single, childfree woman living in the US. She loves fashion and she was a scripted writer who decided to use storytelling on social media as a way to get her message out about women over 50. She is passionate about changing the way the world looks at women over 50 reframing the narrative around older women.

• how Heidi believes that women are only valued for their sexuality and their appearance, and this needs to be changed;
• how once menopause hits, women are deemed to be ‘unfuckable’
