The One Where I Talk About My 6-Week Group Coaching Course
Episode description
This is an addition to my usual two episodes per week, because I wanted to tell you about my 6-week group coaching course which begins on Wednesday 12th October 2022 at 19:00 GMT, called 'Upgrade Your Spinster Mindset.'
It's a 6-week group coaching course for just 10 women, which will take place with me, live on Zoom, every week.
As well as the 6 weekly sessions, there will be two extra sessions, one of which will be a Q&A where you can ask me anything, the other of which will involve meditation.
I'm super excited about it! Why? Because I know that those of you who join me for the ride will finish the course feeling more empowered, more positive, more hopeful, and more excited about your spinster-ness!
