I think that sometimes, because the grass can often seem greener on the other side, it is easy for us to forget the not-so-fun-and-sexy aspects of family life.

In this minisode, I mull over my thoughts on this subject, and look at how we might go about re-framing these unhelpful thoughts in order to feel more empowered about our single, childfree status.
