Recipe:
In a shaker with ice, pour:
2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz lavender simple syrup
Shake and strain into Tom Collins glass with fresh ice
Top with soda water and stir gently
Garnish with lavender sprig or lemon twist
