Inspiration:
To honor Rafe for breaking down the events at CCXP, I created a gin and tonic (Rafe's favorite drink), with a bougie twist. The lavender and elderflower get it a fancy flair that any Cairhienin noble can appreciate!
Recipe:
In a shaker with ice, pour:
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower and Rose Gin
0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz lavender simple syrup
1 oz lime juice
Shake then strain into a Tom Collins glass with ice
Top with tonic water
Add a lime twist for an optional garnish
