Name: Daughter of the River
Inspiration: This cocktail is a tribute to our beloved Siuan Sanche. I felt like Siuan was a rum girl, so I was playing with a twist on a traditional daiquiri. The blue color represents the river and her former Ajah, and the gold of St. Germain and the gold sparkles represent her wardrobe as Amyrlin.
Cocktail Recipe:
In a shaker without ice, pour:
2 oz white rum
0.75 oz St. Germain
0.5 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz lime juice
1 oz egg white (or 1 egg white)
Add edible sparkles
Dry shake
Add ice, then shake again
Strain into coupe glass
Garnish with a lime wheel
