St. Germain Spritz >> 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts St. Germain, 1 part club soda. Add the Prosecco, St. Germain and club soda to a wine glass filled with ice and stir, garnishing with a lemon peel. Drink and immediately regret you didn’t choose an Aperol Spritz instead.

Amaro Nonino Spritz >> 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Amaro Nonino, 1 part club soda. Add the Prosecco, Amaro Nonino and club soda to a wine glass filled with ice and stir, garnishing with a lemon peel. Become further enraged at “Big Spritz” for convincing you to try drinking any other form of Spritz than the original Aperol version.

Lillet Blanc Spritz >> 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Lillet Blanc, 1 part club soda. Add the Prosecco, Lillet Blanc and club soda to a wine glass filled with ice and stir, garnishing with a lemon peel. Serve it to a friend who you hate, because this drink is terrible.
