It’s party time at TIAB as we reach our 50th episode! Who better to celebrate with than the Queen? ........ok, ok not Queen Elizabeth II but a darned good alternative; It’s star of Drag Race UK and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Vinegar Strokes.
Vinegar describes herself as Tina Turner meets Lizzo meets Kat Slater - a winning combo I’m sure you’ll agree. She chats to Seb and Verity about her band - Vinegar Strokes and the Morning Afters and their debut gig at the Clapham Grand on 17 June (link below).
They discuss inspirations, the birth of Vinegar (she’s a Halloween queen), audition anxiety, gigs in car parks, future operatic ventures, stand up and Shane Ritchie in drag.
Vinegar tells Seb and Verity about who’s left her star struck (you might be surprised) and can you guess which of the above was a member of the Spice Girls Fan Club? (You won’t be surprised).
