God created our brains with neuroplasticity and the power to change. Since most chronic symptoms are caused by neural circuits in the brain, this means we can heal ourselves. So, yes, because of Him, we have the power within to heal our own symptoms. But ultimately, it's through Him. He has given us a Spirit of Power, Love and Sound mind.
