This Week in Skating / Ryan Stevens (interview)

In this interview, we are joined by Ryan Stevens. Ryan runs the website, Skate Guard. He is dedicated to preserving the rich and fascinating history of the sport of figure skating. Many of the things you’ll find on his site - you can’t find online. 

In November, Ryan released a book entitled “The Almanac of Canadian Figure Skating”, which includes information of skaters, coaches, choreographers, judges – the “who’s won in Canadian figure skating” along with detailed records of Canadian figure skating competitions dating back to the 19th century! 

This Week in Skating is hosted by Gina Capellazzi and Daphne Backman and is a cooperative project between Figure Skaters Online and Ice-dance.com. New episodes are available every Monday.
