In this episode, we’re discussing the role of the Supreme Court in shaping immigration policy with Theresa Cardinal Brown and Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, Policy Director at the American Immigration Council. Specifically, we’ll highlight some the major Supreme Court cases that were adjudicated during this term and how they are affecting the immigration system.
