I am delighted to welcome to the podcast Paul Jones from Cloudwater Brew Co. based in Manchester.
Paul launched Cloudwater in Feb 2015 to champion beer quality through their focus on balance, precision, creativity, and brewing science. By 2017 the World-renowned RateBeer Survey already had Cloudwater ranked as the 2nd best brewery in the World, and they have been ever-present in the Top 15 ever since.
It is no exaggeration to say that Cloudwater are a true colossus of the International Craft Beer Scene, and it is a privilege to have Paul on the podcast
