I am delighted to welcome to the podcast Andy Hipwell from Ampersand Brew Co. based in Diss in South Norfolk.
Andy co-founded Ampersand in 2017 with his wife Amy and father Adrian on the family farm in Norfolk.
Following a period of sustained success, this year Ampersand have relocated to a fabulous new brewery and taproom close to the town centre in Diss.
