We want to ensure that we're bringing you the most valuable and engaging content possible , and we believe this new schedule will help us do just that . Now I'm really excited and nervous about stepping out from behind the microphone . We're going to start bringing you video content . You'll be able to see me a lot more .
You'll be able to see our guests and experience our conversations in a whole new way . This edition is all about making our tips and discussions even more interactive and engaging . Imagine not just hearing the advice , but seeing demonstrations and reactions in real time . And that's not all . We have a brand new newsletter and website launching soon .
The newsletter will be packed with exclusive content , updates and insights you won't want to miss . Plus , our website will be your go-to hub for all things related to our podcast , from episode archives to social media posts and so much more . When I started this podcast almost a year ago , on August 7th , right , I never imagined we'd come this far .
Today we're on episode 32, . Y'all and I owe it all to you . Your support has been the driving force behind our growth and I'm so grateful for each and every one of you . So , beginning on this August 7th , we will begin our new bi-weekly schedule , but first we want to take a brief summer vacation because we need it .
Then we'll come back and get everything in order and get ready to get going . These new additions are just the next step in our journey together , and I can't wait to share guest interviews , more information and build an even stronger connection with you Now .
We won't be totally gone for the summer , but we'll have some audio and video and other fun content to keep this thing called wellness in mind , as well as little snippets from past shows and other interesting tips . So don't worry , we're not going too far .
