- shadow work - the work of feeling and integrating (not by-passing) our individual pain, trauma, and “dark passengers.”
- light work - the work of elevating our individual vibration to emanate a greater capacity for love and light work.
- dark work - the work of removing third-party energetic signatures and entities (from the collective) from your or others’ aura fields.
- agape - the work of elevating the collective’s vibration through love and forgiveness.
