Our guest today is the phenomenal indie rock songwriter Blondshell. The project of Los Angeles-based artist Sabrina Teitelbaum first made waves in 2023 with her self-titled debut, which earned critical acclaim worldwide for its raw, intense guitar work and sharp lyricism. Today, she returns with her second album If You Asked for a Picture, a bold and emotionally layered evolution that explores themes of control, self-awareness, and growth. In this episode, we chat with Sabrina about the making of the new record, reuniting with producer Yves Rothman, and her desire to experiment with traditionally masculine sonic textures.
