Throughout the course of my life, I have been fortunate enough to come across individuals that have allowed me to experience the incredible opportunities plant medicines allow for us, such as connection, love & gratitude, even without the addition of these medicines. What this is a constant reminder of for me in my life is that these medicines are just that, medicines, &, similar to other medicines, the “goal”, if you will, is to be able to integrate the lessons they gift us into our daily lives so that we may benefit from them long after the “peak” experience of actually sitting in ceremony with them.
