One thing I speak about often & for very good reason is the concept of integration within the plant medicine space. Integration, as I see it is really the process of turning our states into traits & one of the main things that can block us in this process of transmutation is the idea of the ego’s stories surrounding who we are & our experience of life as a whole. Today's guest on the show is a woman who has made it her mission in life to illuminate these ego stories for her clients that limit their personal & professional development so that they may rise to the occasion of their important mission & ultimately become the best versions of themselves.
