A couple of the areas that I have found in the last few years that has been earth shatteringly psychedelic are those of web3, blockchain & decentralization as a whole. I feel for many of us who have found our way into psychedelic medicines, that the idea of decentralization, in which centralized powers would not have the power & authority they have today, is an idea that we can find a lot of congruence in, considering that all of us who connect with psychedelic medicines are doing so in a decentralized way already as these medicines are still illegal in most parts of the world. As such, todays guest on the show is a man who’s journey began with psychedelics, punk rock music & learning to question everything around him. That being said & as you’ll hear him speak to in todays episode, he became frustrated at the idea of “wanting” a different system, yet being surrounded by others who talked a lot, yet did not take action to try to create change. At a certain point, he decided to take his destiny into his own hands & in this episode, we dive into what this process looked like for him, how psychedelic medicines assisted him in this process, his path of discovering web3 & blockchain, some of the projects we are both bullish on right now & much, much more.
