Things come to a head with the unholy trio creating some tension between Constantin and Ismail until a kiss with Lou answers everyone's questions about Ismail's feelings about her. One issue resolved, but Ismail is still trying to figure out who they are and how to be that person without losing those they love.
Honestly, does Ismail even know who they are? We're three weeks into Druck season 7 and still feeling really lost as to who Ismail is as a person, their desires, motivations, etc. Is this intentional?
