One of our biggest motives for starting this podcast was to show women how to love themselves. In this episode, we address the negative path women often take in relation to food and working out. Instead of seeing food as energy to live, women often feel guilty for eating. Instead of working out to feel good, women often work out to burn a certain amount of calories. If this sounds like you, it's not your fault. This mindset has been planted in your mind from a young age, and it's going to take a lot of re-wiring to reverse this toxic mindset. In this episode, we hope that no matter where you're at on your journey to health and happiness, you always choose to love yourself.
