Episode description

In this episode, I interviewed Ann Swanson. Ann  is a certified yoga therapist and author of the best-selling book SCIENCE OF YOGA, which has been translated into over 15 languages. Ann makes the tools of mindful movement and meditation non-intimidating and accessible world-wide, especially to people who feel like they can’t do yoga or their mind is too busy to meditate. She specializes in helping people safely and effectively manage stress and relieve chronic pain—like back pain or arthritis. She has a new book entitled “Meditation for the Real World, Finding Peace in Everyday Life,” which is launching on Feb 6. In the book she explores 75 accessible meditations that you can do anywhere,  anytime, to rewire your brain.
