As the head of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem holds one of the highest offices in the US government - despite facing criticism after saying she shot her dog.

But will Ms Noem's love of the limelight also lead to her downfall, following the fatal shooting of two US citizens in Minneapolis by immigration officers she ultimately controls?
