Episode description

Labour has unveiled a plan for the biggest-ever transference of power to the British people with a report that also recommends the House of Lords is replaced with an elected chamber.

It's part of what Sir Keir Starmer called radical plans and a fundamental remodelling of our broken political system. His plans include replacing the House of Lords, banning most MPs from having a second job, and moving 50,000 civil servants out of the capital.

On the Sky News Daily, Niall Paterson breaks down Labour's plans with our political correspondent Joe Pike.
