Episode description

The first UN convoy passed through a newly opened crossing into rebel-held Syria from Turkey on Tuesday, over a week after two earthquakes hit both countries.

On the Sky News Daily podcast with Niall Paterson, our special correspondent Alex Crawford describes the situation in Syria from where she's been reporting.

Also on the Daily is Hani Habbal of the Syria Relief charity, who reflects on the impact of 12 years of the Syrian civil war on the country, and former foreign secretary David Miliband, now president of the International Rescue Committee, on what support is needed.
