Episode description

What can we say.....‘Being alone’ is a choice to be in physical solitude whereas ‘being lonely’ is a consequence of psychological and emotional solitude. After a fight or heated argument, people can be heard saying, “please leave me alone” but not “leave me lonely”. By leave me alone they mean to stay undisturbed for some time. In the worst scenario, ‘being alone’ can go wrong to become ‘being lonely’ due to unchosen circumstances. This was a hard episode to make. TAKE 11- 15 !!! This is where we are and who we are. Take what nuggets help and know "You have a voice and presence"
