Breaking Up is Hard to Do

That knot in your throat, that pain in your gut, that one thought that could seriously make you throw up if you thought about it too long... all ugly side effects of a break up. Something many of us have experienced before, and all have experienced differently. In this podcast, I'm going to give you a few details of my own recent separation, and a couple of gems to hopefully help you through yours. As heartbreaking as it may be and seem in the moment, let us not forget that with pain, there's growth.
