The real numbers are much smaller, but there’s no denying that the Nashville area has welcomed a lot of newcomers in recent years. So where are all these recent transplants finding to live? Are new developments keeping pace with the needs of our growing population? Or is the new housing mismatched with what new residents want in location, size, or price? And what is the effect on longtime Nashville residents? Today we talk to a newcomer and housing experts to explore these questions.
