Episode description

A SOLO EPISODE! In this episode Willisa dives into the emotion women report as being on of the biggest influence on their wellbeing - guilt. What is the impact of carrying this guilt? Across the ditch in New Zealand, a supermarket chain is adding the label "Period" to products that deal with exactly that, and so Willisa considers how this internalised guilt and shame that we've all be taught to manage around a perfectly natural and normal function of our bodies might be to blame.
