COMMITTEES FOR CHANGE

On this week's episode of This AmeriCorps Life, our host Madison Link sat down with two VISTAs to discuss their action committees to learn about the impact on their service on their communities. Each guest brought their own experiences to the table. Milan Abbi, Yavapai County Community Health Services' opioid harm reduction coordinator discussed his awareness work and medication assisted treatment, while Joelle Zuberi discussed her work serving with United Way and her newly founded equity and inclusion committee.
