#14 BONUS Summer Solstice Activation

This bonus episode contains a meditation and activation to integrate the energy we are receiving during the summer solstice portal. Before we call in and integrate the solstice energy, we do some serious spiritual hygiene to make space for the new up-leveled energy. You can listen to this over and over again, any time you feel like you need an energy release, tune-up, or activation. Be sure to drink lots of water before and after and be gentle with yourself during this strong energy portal.
