Laurence holds a Ph.D. in psychology, is the author of Planets in Play, and co-creator of Archetypes at Work -- a method to assess and develop individuals and organizations based on archetypal theory.

He’s well-versed in archetypal psychology (he’s the son of its founder, the late James Hillman, who’s had a huge influence on me) He has over four decades studying the archetypal grammar of astrology.
