Prior to founding HDCS, Andy spent more than 20 years as a senior executive in the banking industry. He is a former founder and CEO of community banks in Utah and California and served as a CEO of the Texas community markets for BBVA Bank. Andy is a subject matter expert in both the regulated financial services industry and the regulated cannabis industry.
