'I feel lucky that I knew Darce Fardy' - Graham Steele

His long career as a journalist led him to his role as a public servant, focusing on access to information and the right for citizens to know what governments were doing. Former Nova Scotia Politician Graham Steele worked with Fardy as both a member of the opposition and the government during his time in office. Steele now holds a similar job as the Information and Privacy Commissioner in Nunavut. That's where he spoke fondly of the strength of character and of his work later in life sharing his personal journey with Alzheimer's.
