Trigger warning: there is a mention of suicide in this episode.

Losing both parents at an early age and in your mid-twenties brings about a myriad of emotions. Dealing with grief can be difficult and could lead to hopelessness and depression or anxiety.

In this week’s episode the boys talk about experiencing grief following the loss of their parents. Ben talks about depression taking a toll on him, Jermaine shares why he developed anxiety, and more.

This episode will provide insight into cumulative grief and the emotions and feelings that occur from it. If you have experienced the loss of a parent or both parents we hope that this conversation provides you with a piece of hope that you will be able to adapt to this new normal and find joy again.
