Aug 06, 2017•27 min•Season 1Ep. 67
Episode description
Four thousand people are diagnosed with head and neck cancer each year in Australia. Head and neck cancer refers to malignant tumours growing in the tissue or lymph nodes of the head and neck region of the body. This can mean the oral cavity, tongue, palate, jaw, salivary glands, throat or nose. Survival rates are improving but treatment can impact a patient's quality of life. Survivors tell their stories about life after the disease.
And how breaking up prolonged sitting can keep your brain healthy.
And how can blood help cure cancer.
