The Art of the Pivot

What's your immediate reaction to the word "change". For many of my clients, change is a scary word filled with lots of emotion. I am a lover of change but prefer to call these recalibrations, pivots. I like to think of change as a continuum of pivots. 

In this episode, I'm defining the four levels of pivots; the tweak, the U-Turn, the refocus, and the full pivot. I'll also share the iPEC model of change which includes the shuffle, the deal, playing the game and the toss in. 

We'll explore where courage intersects with pivots. I'll share my own stories of pivots and challenge you to think differently about change.
