We each have those defining, pivotal points in our lives that change and propel us in a different direction. That happened to Michele when her mother died of a sudden heart attack at the age of 58.

Michele shares how her mother committed her whole life to caring about other people, and in the end forgot to care for herself and her dreams. Michele also describes her 20 years as a federal litigator, which led her to a very dark place. And how her mother’s death brought her to make a professional pivot in her life. 

We talk about how Michele redefined her view of success and ended her time as a federal litigator. Today, she is a certified professional coach for lawyers and athletes. Michele's goal is to help others see that physical and professional success starts with nurturing their mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Michele is a high-energy individual, a true adrenaline junkie, and a dog lover. Her driving force is helping others reach their full potential, so the life they live matches the life they have always dreamed of.
