Do you ever tell yourself that you will start losing weight tomorrow?

I will start moving my body tomorrow.
When I have time tomorrow, I will eat when my body is hungry. Let me ask you something, why are you putting up with that from yourself?

Guess what, if you think you can't change that pattern, you're wrong. Telling yourself this is a programmed cop out to not step into your body goals and weight loss dreams.
In this episode, I'm discussing this 4-step process so you can quit giving yourself excuses - 1.  If you really want to lose weight – decide that you’re going to lose weight. 2.  write out all your cop out thoughts that you have conditioned your mind to use to keep telling yourself that are keeping you 3.  Then write - Why is it important to change now, not tomorrow? 4.  Then – any time you use one of your cop-out comments – just focus on the list that you wrote as to why you need to change now.
