Not everything is black and white. I know that’s hard to believe but it is true that we can have multiple truths co-existing. We must hit the reset button and give ourselves time to take in the day/week.
Breaking from your healing work and creating times to just be, is essential. What is also important, is releasing yourself from Imposter Syndrome.
Finding someone that fits your therapy needs can be difficult and a little overwhelming, but if you ask yourself the questions outlined in this book, you can find a therapist that is right for you.
