"Horses are great, but you can't exactly park them in a lot." Was what I remembered saying as I suddenly noticed an Amish buggy in a parking lot. It was at that point I decided that would be the name of my story. I pictured a book with that image of the Amish buggy under the title. I haven't written the book yet, but I decided a podcast would be the best place to start. Join me, and whoever is lovely enough to co-host, as I share ramblings and thoughts on Mental Health, LGBTQ issues, Autism, and whatever else I want to share my thoughts on.

Figured it's been awhile since you've heard my lovely voice so I thought I would upload these thoughts for your enjoyment. Join me this early morning as I ramble about my experiences with relapse on my mental health recovery journey and my struggles with the fear of that happening again, as well as the discovery of new mental health challenges ahead.
