Richmond starting pitcher Caleb Kilian joins me to talk about adjusting to Double A, how he spend the 2020 pandemic (it’s pretty incredible!), and how he works to improve himself in the days between starts. It’s a great conversation with one of the rising pitching stars in the system.

For those of you wondering about the slightly odd timing — I was originally planning to include this interview in last week’s podcast, but weather and scheduling changed my plans. And I have another interview coming out in the regular Thursday slot that I’m really excited about.
