So I have some pretty exciting news to share. Mozilla, the makers of Firefox, is dropping a new season of their award winning podcast called I r L exploring Ethics in AI, and I'm thrilled to let you know that I am hosting. We'll hear stories from the tech and policy folks who are shaping who has the power in AI. Now. I have always been obsessed with Mozilla. I love the organization,

so this project really means a lot to me. And a funny story is that I actually taught myself how to use photoshop by watching a bunch of YouTube videos, specifically to create like a one of those creative cover letters to apply for a very hail Mary job at Mozilla many many years ago. I was definitely not qualified for that job, but here we are years later, and being a small part of the work that they do

is that much more of a dream come true. You can check out the podcast at Internet Health Report dot org. I hope you'll take a listen, and here's the trailer. Thanks to the Internet, artificial intelligence is everywhere now. Algorithms are making more and more of the decisions that shape our lives. So let me ask you a question, who should have the power over AI. I'm Bridget Todd, the new host of I r L. Yes, Mozilla's award winning podcast is back. I'm taking a quick break from my

own podcast. There are no girls on the Internet to be your host. This season, we'll be talking about healthcare, gig work, social media, and even killer robots. You'll meet AI builders around the world who make AI more trustworthy in real life. You will be able to challenge the algorithm. Technology can solve some problems. A definitely, technology can be part of the problem. I had the power to walk away from it and not contribute to it, and I

have the power to try and change law. This season, we're tapping into Mozilla's Internet Health Report to learn who should have power over a I. That's I r L and original podcasts from Mozilla, the nonprofit behind Firefox. Don't miss it. Go to your favorite podcast app right now to find us. H
